Confirmation of Engagement
Effective Date: 01 January 2024
The agreement below provides the framework for personal commitment of each party towards the success of the coaching encounter.

The Relationship
In agreeing to a coaching relationship, the Coach and the Coaching Client understand that coaching requires a co-active, collaborative approach. In the coaching relationship, the Coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, and it is the Coaching Client’s responsibility to enact their own personal change.

Coach Commitments
Throughout the working relationship the Coach will:
-
Determine with the Coaching Client the most useful and desired outcomes.
-
Apply contemporary professional coaching practices within the coaching relationship.
-
Provide a safe, yet challenging learning environment for the Coaching Client to promote exploration and discovery.
-
Seek feedback from the Coaching Client and review coaching outcomes achieved against the goals set.

Client Commitments
Throughout the working relationship the Coaching Client will:
-
Demonstrate a willingness to be actively involved and committed to the coaching process.
-
Give permission to the Coach to ask explorative questions and summarize discussions during the coaching sessions in support of development goals.

Timing and Cancellations
-
The Client and Coach agree to give as much notice as possible if a session needs to be postponed.
-
We agree to a 3 hour cancellation policy: meaning the Client or Coach needs to give over 3 hours notice in order to postpone the session. Postponed sessions must be scheduled for within 1 month of the original session.
-
In rare cases where:
-
the Client cancels with less than 3 hours notice or does not attend: the session will be deemed as cancelled and will not be postponed. If the Client wishes to rearrange the missed session, then the Client will be responsible for paying full price for the additional session.
-
the Coach cancels with less than 3 hours notice: the Coach will rearrange the missed session and offer an additional session to the coaching engagement free of charge as compensation.
-
-
If the Client is booking a 2 Session package, the Client agrees to book Session 2 within 1 month of completing Session 1.
